One of those things I thought 100% I was going to try(I try a lot!!), and it won't have any effect on me whatsoever. I don't like to be proved wrong, but in this case I didn't mind. Nice calm energy source. Definitely gives me an oomph for workouts. And the best is that I can take it late in the afternoon and not have sleepless nights.
