How much H2 in water is needed to be effective?

Most medical studies have used H2 infused/rich water containing 1 to 1.6 ppm (parts per million). In the scientific literature, the H2 concentration of 1.6 ppm is considered as the maximum concentration of “complete saturation, at the atmospheric pressure of sea-level.H2 researchers suggest that in certain situations a H2 concentration as low as 0.5 ppm show positive effects on health but higher concentrations are desirable. What are harmful free radicals?

Harmful free radicals are a natural waste product of cellular energy production. Each and every single cell in our body needs energy in the form of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) to perform its function. For that reason, each cell needs to convert (oxidise) the food we eat with the oxygen we inhale into ATP. This happens continuously in the mitochondrias which are tiny sub-compartments inside each cell. The by-product of this process is CO2 which we exhale and waste in form of toxic Hydroxyl (•OH) free radicals. This cannot be stopped.
