Hydrogen Water Bar Supreme

Hydrogen Water Bar Supreme

Is this yours? Countertop unit with a touch panel and a tap, with buttons for Cold, Normal, Milk, Coffee, Tea and Hot. Tank version (removable water tank) or plumbed (tankless) version.

Quick fixes

"No Water" light is on

The unit has run out of purified water and is making more. Wait a few minutes; it clears on its own once the inner tank refills.

"Fresh Water" light is on

  1. Fill the raw water tank (the removable tank) with fresh tap water.
  2. Empty the concentrated (waste) water tank.

Error code E1

The tank did not fill within 90 minutes. Switch off, then check the float in the water tank moves freely and that the filters and tank are seated properly.

Error code E4

The water going in is too cold. Use water between 5°C and 38°C.

No hydrogen bubbles in the front window

The unit sleeps when it hasn't been used for a while. Press any button to wake it and it starts making hydrogen into the tank again. If the window is low on water, press Normal to run water through and release trapped air.

Filter light orange or red

Orange: filter nearly used up. Red: replace it now. After fitting the new filter, hold Reset for 3 seconds, tap to select the filter, then hold Reset for 3 seconds again.

Water flow slow or taste off

Usually a filter past its life. Replace the filter the light points to.

Common questions

Tank or plumbed: which do I need?

The tank version needs no installation; you fill the removable tank with tap water. The plumbed version connects to your cold-water line; we recommend H2O International or a qualified plumber to install it. Give them the plumbed install procedure (PDF).

Are the filters included?

Yes. All three filter cartridges come installed.

How often do filters need replacing?

PP/carbon composite: 6 to 12 months. RO membrane: 12 to 24 months. Carbon post-filter: 6 to 12 months. The filter light tells you when.

Does water in the tank lose its hydrogen?

No. The unit goes into sleep mode between uses. When you press a button it starts making hydrogen into the tank again, which you can see through the window on the front.

What temperatures?

Cold (about 15°C), Normal, Milk (about 48°C, for baby formula), Coffee (about 85°C), Tea (about 90°C) and Hot (95°C). Hot, Tea and Coffee need the child lock released first.

Care and cleaning

  • Unplug before cleaning.
  • Clean the water tank regularly; use citric acid to remove scale at the tank inlet and outlet.
  • Wipe the outside with a damp cloth. Never put the unit in water.
  • For a deep rinse, hold Wash for 3 seconds (6-minute cycle). Repeat 3 times on first use.
  • Not using it for a while: clean it, dry it and store it somewhere dry and ventilated.

Warranty and repairs

1-year warranty. We start with a video call to diagnose the problem. If it can't be fixed remotely, we arrange collection by courier.
