How do I take it?

Drop 1 tablet into 300 to 500 ml of still water, wait about 3 minutes for it to dissolve, and drink straight away. Best on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. Up to 2 tablets a day.

Can I use it in the bath?

Yes, use 15 to 20 tablets.

What is the difference with + PQQ?

The + PQQ version adds PQQ to the same hydrogen tablet.
