EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Please take careful note of our returns policy.
Exchanges & Refunds
This policy applies to products bought from Zenii itself and from Third Party Sellers.
- Exchanges must be done within 7 days from date of delivery.
- Refunds must be done within 7 days from date of delivery.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the product must be returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging including all parts and accessories and with the original invoice.
- You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
- Courier charges ARE NOT refundable, unless an item was shipped to you in error.
Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us.
Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged for the same product and can not be refunded.
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective, please notify us as soon as reasonable possible after you became aware of the defect, but in any event within 6 months after delivery of the product. You can do so by emailing us on email@example.com or by filling in the form below.
We reserve the right to examine and test the product to confirm the alleged defect or failure before the product will be repaired or replaced. Original Invoice must be supplied. Please note, in the event of shipping the product to us, you must ensure proper packaging to avoid any damage during transport. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).
