EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Please take careful note of our returns policy.

Exchanges & Refunds:

  1. Exchanges must be done within 14 days from date of purchase.
  2. Refunds must be done within 7 days from date of purchase.
  3. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition.
  4. The item must contain its original tags and packaging.
  5. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest that you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery)
  6. Sale items will not be refunded or exchanged.
  7. If you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded by EFT but it may be the case that only 95% will be refunded for orders paid by credit card due to the banks merchant fee.
  8. Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.
  9. In the case of faulty goods we guarantee all items for a period of 6-12 months from the purchase date. Our warranty covers all manufacturing defects and does not cover faults arising from poor/improper use. Goods found to be faulty can only be exchanged for the same product and can not be refunded.
  10. You must contact us by email before returning any goods, so that we can give you a specific return number.
